據平安北京微信公眾號消息，7月3日，海淀公安分局發布通報：針對“中國人民大學部分學生信息被非法獲取”的情況，海淀警方接到報警后，立即開展調查。經查，嫌疑人馬某某（男，25歲，該校畢業生）涉嫌非法獲取該校部分學生個人信息等違法犯罪行為。目前，馬某某已被海淀公安分局依法刑事拘留，案件正在進一步調查中。

警方高度重視公民個人信息保護，對于相關違法犯罪，將依法予以嚴厲打擊。

Haidian police in Beijing have initiated an immediate investigation following a report of the illegal acquisition of personal information belonging to students from the Renmin University of China. The suspect, identified as Mr Ma, 25 years old, a former graduate of the university, has been implicated in the unlawful access of personal information of several students. Currently, Mr Ma is under criminal detention by the Haidian Public Security Bureau, and the case is under further investigation.

Law enforcement authorities are taking the protection of citizens" personal information seriously and are committed to cracking down on such illegal activities. The illegal acquisition of personal information is a grave offense, and the authorities aim to bring those responsible to justice in accordance with the law.

事件回顧：

7月1日，有網友在微博上爆料稱，中國人民大學一名男生在讀碩士研究生期間，利用專業技術盜取全校學生個人信息，包括照片、姓名、學號、籍貫、生日等，并搭建了給全校學生“顏值”打分的網站。

Renmin University of China said on Sunday it is cooperating with a police investigation after it learned some of its students" information had been stolen.

On Saturday, a Weibo user claimed a graduate of the university has obtained student ID photos along with other personal information and created a website so people can rate students" appearance based on the photos.

The stolen data include students" name, IDnumber, birthplace and date of birth.

網友爆料內容

爆料還稱，該畢業生曾在個人社交賬號上發布動態公開此事。網傳截圖顯示，該動態發布于2020年10月。目前，該賬號上相關內容已經清空。

疑似該男生建立的顏值打分網站

網傳信息顯示，該男生疑似中國人民大學高瓴人工智能學院2019級研究生，目前已畢業，供職于騰訊。

The post also claimed the student graduated from the universityin 2019 with a master"s degree in information technology and works at Tencent.

2日下午，中國人民大學發布情況通報，表示已第一時間聯系警方：

昨日，學校已關注到我校部分學生信息被非法獲取的情況，對此高度重視，第一時間聯系警方，目前正積極配合警方等相關部門開展調查。學校強烈譴責侵犯個人隱私、危害信息安全的行為。感謝社會各界對學校的關心。

Renmin University of China (RUC) has acknowledged that some students" information were illegally acquired, it has contacted the police as it takes suchmatters very seriously, a notice released by the university on Sunday said.

The RUC said it has been cooperating with the police for further investigation.The university strongly condemned the act of infringing personal privacy and harming information security in its notice.
